Dr. Shingleton is a worldwide leader in cataract surgery, glaucoma and refractive laser surgery. Dr. Shingleton performs over 2,000 cataract, glaucoma and laser operations each year, providing his patients with a level of experience that is unsurpassed locally and nationally. With academic appointments at Harvard and Tufts, Dr. Shingleton is active in clinical research within the field of ophthalmology and an innovator and teacher of new laser and surgical techniques.
Dr. Shingleton's team is comprised of highly trained and experienced optometrists, fellows-in-ophthalmology, board certified anesthesiologists, nurse anesthetists, nurses, and ophthalmic and surgical technicians. The medical staff works as a team to meet each patient's needs and expectations. This approach enables us to best fulfill our goal of providing excellence in eye care.
